Postcard app good for
The nicest Postcard app I could find! Easy to use, elegant with a charming British stamp, yet modern and comfortable graphics. Postcards can be sent from the camera in your iphone or from your photo gallery, also working well on the ipad. You can choose from different frames, and they are all designed in a pretty, simple style so its real fun using them. Nothing of the usual kitsch you find within other Postcard apps. The inventor answers every single email when s.th. should not be working. I wrote to his website when I was still using an old version on my iphone, and first there was a nice answer, second an update on top. Great stuff!!!
It works as advertised. I would like to suggest to be able to add fun text to the photo, select different postage and possibly have front and back like a Postcard. The ability to mix it up would be a huge benefit.
I have been using Version 1.01 in Beta. The update will come out soon through iTunes. Every problem in the eariler reviews has been addressed and the program works just as advertised. Its a better program than SodaSnap and well worth the money

Im updating my review. Giving 4 stars. Now this is a great app. The new version you can rotate picture and that what I wanted.
This is a really nice, easy and handy app for quick Postcard email. but needs a LOT of work to make it more useful. For example, if you are using a picture from your photo album it MUST be in landscape format. Otherwise it looks lopsided. You do not get an option to rotate the picture. I would think this option would be very basis. Hope to see this improvement and more in the near future updates.
This app is perfect for what it is designed for - creating and sending Postcards via email to your friends and family. You can take a photo with the camera and immediately compose a Postcard, or your can select a photo from your camera roll or album.
There are multiple fonts for the Postcard text, multiple frames for the image, and you can rotate the image horizontally or vertically. You can also send a Postcard that is a google map of your current location!
Since you can select an image from your camera roll, if you want to edit the image in some other app first, you can. Then, once ready, put it into Postcard and send it out.
Love this app!
Some bad moments
Bah, I only managed to make one Postcard and after that the app only crashes time after time, what a waste of money.
And I do have the latest OS.
This app is clearly not ready for prime time. It has crashed 4 times in my initial use attempts.

If you want to send a Postcard without an image, I imagine it might work.
This was a good app on orginal iPhone but it does not work on 3GS. When I go to save the finished Postcard to my photo album, the app just quits. Have rebooted and reinstalled the app to no avail. I hope this gets fixed.
pleasant, fast-performing app... works as advertised. my complaint and reason for such a low ranking is the limitation of Gmail only... allow hooks to existing email account on the iPhone and you have a winner here
I try to open it on my phone and it keeps crashing before it even opens! Booooo! I want a refund!
This app is awful! You cannot create a card or try and email a card without it crashing. Save your money as this app does not work. Wish I could get my money back :(
